- 4 Workouts
- Rx and scaled divisions
Movements in the scaled division:
- Wall walks (modified range of motion: 45 degrees)
- Plate G2OH 45/25
- Overhead plate hold 45/25
- Jumping pull-ups
- Olympic lifting
- Thrusters (45/35 empty barbell)
- Deadlift (Males 185 OR 155/ Females 135 OR 115)
- Knee ups
- Rope climbs to 10ft target (1 or more partner)
- Chest to bar (1 or more partner)
- Front squat (65/55)
- Shoulder to overhead (75/65)
- Burpee box step up or jump up 24/20
