Throwdown at the Crusade - Fall 2024
About This Competition
WELCOME TO THE THROWDOWN AT THE CRUSADE!
Get ready for an epic showdown! On Saturday Oct. 26th from 4:00-7:00pm, we're bringing you a high-energy CrossFit competition like no other!
With 10 RX athletes and 10 Intermediate athletes going head-to-head in heats of two, this event promises to push limits and deliver non-stop action.
These events will feature a mixed gender leaderboard! Meaning men and women will compete in the same division, head to head! Weights and such will be adjusted.
Two intense workouts will be programmed to test athletes strength, speed, and endurance. Whether you're an athlete or a spectator, you won't want to miss this electrifying night of competition.

RX Division

*At the call of 3-2-1, Go! Athletes will complete 30 deadlifts, followed by 20 front squats at the same weight, then they will complete 10 bar facing burpees, finishing with max wall balls in the time reamining.

*8:00 Time Cap*
*At the call of 3-2-1, Go! Athletes will complete 10 alternating DB clean and jerks, followed by 10 pull-ups, back to the DB for 10 alternating snatches, then to the box for 10 box jumps to finish each round.
*During the DB clean and jerk, and the DB snatch, both heads of the DB must make contact at the floor at the start of each rep.
*During the clean and jerks the DB must stop at the shoulder to indicate a clean and jerk.
