Workouts
For Load:
AMRAP Deadlifts
TC = 6 min
Both athletes will pick a weight to Deadlift as many reps as they can. This does not have to be the same weight. Each athlete will set up their own barbell. Once the weight is picked, you can't change it during the workout. Within those 6 minutes, you'll make as many reps as possible. Only one person is lifting at a time. Your score is the amount op reps multiplied by the weight you have on the barbell.
For example:
I you lift a barbell of 80 kg for 20 reps = 1600kg (score).
I you lift a barbell of 60 for 30 reps = 1800kg (score).
Score is the total weight lifted within those 6 minutes.
SCORING
The weight of the man will count for 75%, the weight of the woman will count for 100%.
For example:
If a man lifts a barbell of 60 kg for 20 reps = 1200 x 0,75 = 900kg.
If a woman lifts a barbell of 45 kg for 20 reps = 900kg.
The team with the highest combined score will win the workout!
For Time
1500/1350/1200 meter Row
Overhead Barbell Hold 20/15 kg
TC = 8 min
In this workout, every teammate is working at the same time. One person is holding an empty barbell overhead, while the other teammate is rowing. If the barbell drops below the height of the forehead, you have to switch positions. You can only start rowing again if your teammate has the barbell overhead again. You'll keep on switching and rowing until you hit the meters that's the goal for your team, within the 8 minute timecap.
For the Male/Male teams: 1500 meter
For the Male/Female teams: 1350 meter
For the Female/Female teams: 1200 meter

200m Run before every round

Synchronized Dumbell Snatches 20/10 kg
Synchronized Burpees
Every round starts with a 200m Run, which will count for 2 reps. 100m is 1 rep, which can be of use at the end of the workout. When both teammates are back, you will start with 2 synchronized dumbell snatches. This means the dumbell has to touch the floor simultaneously, and both have to stand fully extended with the dumbell overhead simultaneously. After two reps, go to the burpees. Same principle; both on the floor simultaneoulsy, both fully extended at the same time. If one of the two athletes is extended first, just wait for athlete 2 and then continue to the next burpee. Not synchronized is a no rep, then do the rep again.
After the round of 2, both athletes have to run 200m again. When coming back, they will start with 4 Snatches, 4 Burpees and continue running again until the clock hits 12:00. If you completed only 100m of your run, this wil result in 1 rep. Completing the full 200m is 2 reps. Ending on your way back between 100 and 200m, will result in 1 rep. This particular rep will count, even when only 1 of the 2 athletes has passed that point.
Scores are the same for every team, the only difference is the weight for the men/women.
