10 min AMRAP
800m Air Runner Run
1600m Air Runner Run
Max Cal Row
*One partner must always be in a plank for rowing to be completed

Description: Teams have 10 minutes to complete both distances on two separate runners. Teammates can switch position at any time. Once the 800m Runner is complete, that teammate will "unlock" an additional rower so that 2 teammates are rowing and one is planking (teammate 4 is still completing 1600m run). Once the 1600m Runner is complete, teams will receive score A (time to complete both runs) and unlock a third rower for their team. Score B is total calories combined from all three rowers.
