About This Competition
Event Description
A one-day, community-driven competition at Iron Soul Fitness. Athletes register as individuals and are paired into teams (1 RX + 1 Scaled) on event day. Three workouts will test strength, conditioning, and teamwork in a format designed to be challenging and accessible for all levels.

All registrations are final sale.
No refunds will be issued for any reason, including injury, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend.
Substitutions
Athlete substitutions are allowed up to 48 hours before the event
All substitutions must be approved and completed through the event organizer
No same-day changes
Workout Release
Workouts will be released 1 Month prior to the event
Final details and standards released 1 Week before event day
Qualifying
Open registration
Athletes must register in the division that best matches their current ability

Teams are randomly assigned on event day — no partner sign-ups
Expect a mix of strength, gymnastics, and conditioning
Spectators are welcome and encouraged
Schedule, heat times, and event flow will be shared closer to the event
Show up ready to compete, adapt, and work with whoever you’re paired with.

Deadlift Showdown
30 seconds per lift
1 male athlete and 1 female athlete at a time.
You do not need to attempt all weights. You may decide to sit out at any time.
Tiebreak is max effort handstand hold staying within 1 meter square. All athletes who are in a tie will complete the tiebreak after the deadllift ladder for their division is complete and before the next division begins.
