Les Jeux d’OSNA - Première édition
Nobles athlètes !
En ces jours sacré, la salle CrossFit OSNA de Montech se transforme en arène digne des plus grands mythes. En hommage aux Jeux antiques de la Grèce, où s’affrontaient les héros et les guerriers les plus vaillants, nous vous invitons à participer aux Jeux d’OSNA ! Chaque épreuve est un hommage aux forces de la nature, à l’endurance des corps, et à la gloire de l’esprit combattif.
Choisissez minutieusement vos teammates:
Samedi 05/04 Team HHF
Dimanche 06/04 Team 3 HHH et FFF
4 Wods + 1 Floater (+ d'une heure de wod)
Il y aura une catégorie RX puis des adaptations ( Ex : 1 Mu Bar = 2 Burpees pull up). Si l'adaptation est impossible des mouvements scaled seront proposés mais vous serez alors classés après les RX
Pack athlète avec 1 Tee shirt de la compétition par athlète.
