2000/1850m Row (tie break is time on the rower when meters are completed)

60 Dumbell Front Squats (50/35)


* One partner must be performing a handstand hold while Partner 2 works. If the partner holding the handstand drops the athlete working must stop and athletes must switch places. 

(Co'ed Rx will complete the 2000m row together, but will have the correct dumbell weight listed for male/female)

1850/1500m Row  (tie break is time on the rower when meters are completed)

60 Dumbell Front Squats (35/20)


* One partner much be holding  their set of DB overhead in a lockout position while Partner 2 works. If the partner holding the DB's drops the athlete working must stop and athletes must switch places. 

(Co'ed Rx will complete the 2000m row together, but will have the correct dumbell weight listed for male/female)


(For Time 10:00 Time Cap) 
Standards:

Both dumbells must be held in a full grip position in both hands. The athlete may not rest the dumbbells on their shoulders or break their grip on the dumbbell.

Rules/ Scoring:

Athletes will have 5:00 minutes max per each lift to uptain a combined total amount. Example (Athlete 1 totals 100lb Clean & Athlete 2 totals 100lb clean =200lb clean total)

We wil be scoring this event based off the total amount per each lift as the score(Example Team Totals 200lb clean + 200lb bench + 200 lb overhead squat =600lb total for the score) If your team completes your total under the 5 minute mark you are welcome to transition to the next lift.

(Front Squats will come off a rack for Scaled)

15 min AMRAP

RX:

100ft Sandbag carry (150/100)

24 Chest to bar pull-ups

100 Double-Unders 

Scaled:

100ft Sandbag or Stone Carry (100/50)

24 Pull-ups

100 Single-Unders


Standards:

*Only 1 Athlete can carry the Sandbag or stone and must complete the full 100ft. Partners can not change out at any point while carrying the stone/bag. 

**During the sandbag/stone carry the Athlete will be asked to keep the stone or bag in a BEAR HUG style of carry. 

* Partners can split the Chest to Bar/Pull-ups as they see fit. CrossFit Open Standards will apply. 

* Double-Unders/Singles as they see fit. CrossFit Open Standards will apply. 

Scoring:

100ft Carry will be marked into sections. We will give 1 rep per section completed

24 pull-ups will be counted as 1 rep=1 rep

100 DU/SU will be counted as 1 DU/SU = 1 rep

Tiebreak time will be completion of the second set of Chest to Bars/ Pull-ups.
