About This Competition

A collaboration between 210 CrossFit and Elite CrossFit. These two original affiliates have partnered on many occasions and enjoyed providing an environment where beginner and intermediate athletes can test themselves in a fun, safe and well run event. Designed for the beginner and intermediate CrossFit athlete, this competition features a 2 men/2 women team format. Whether this is your first CrossFit Competition or you are a salty pro, our event is designed to challenge each team to work together efficiently and most of all, have fun! The SA Fall Brawl will consist of 30 teams with REGISTRATION opening 6/1/16 at 12:00pm. $300 per team or a non-refundable deposit equal to the amount due for TWO teammates, $150. The balance must be paid by 8/15/16 or the team's registration will be forfeited. The SA Fall Brawl will be held at Elite CrossFit at 16719 Pawlin Dr, Selma TX 78154.

Workouts

Each teammate will have one barbell movement and will establish a maximum load for the designated movement and repetition requirement. Each teammate will have one minute to perform max burpees onto box and over at 24/20 inches. The athlete will then have three minutes to establish the max load. This event will have a running clock of 16:00 with each athlete being given four minutes each (one minute for burpees over box and three minutes for barbell lift for all four athletes). Movements 1 minute of max burpee over box (per teammate) 2RM Hang Snatch 3RM Hang Clean 4RM Front Squat 5RM Back Squat Score is total combined load lifted and the number of burpees over box. For example a team load of 1,000lbs and 50 burpees over box will be a score of 1,050.

8' AMRAP 15 Goblet Squats 53/35 15 Hand Release Push Ups 15 Med Ball Sit Ups 20/15 Partners will perform one movement while other partner holds bar the at top of the Deadlift position with 225/135. If the partner holding the Deadlift drops the bar, the partner doing reps must stop until the bar is lifted to the required position. Partners will alternate every movement (15 reps). 1' transition 8' Male Partners perform same workout. Score is total number of reps completed by the two partners. Each workout will carry its own score.

For time relay style in the following order F1/M1/F2/M2 25kcal 20 Shoulder to Overhead 95/65 15 Med Ball Ground to Shoulder 60/30 Sprint 100' down and 100' back to rower. Athlete 2 must wait behind designated line prior to entering the rower and must wait until previous partner finishes run. Workout is complete when Athlete 4 finishes event by touching rower upon returning from run.
