Après l'énorme succès des "End Games" en 2019 qui vous avait plongé dans l'univers des Marvels, l'équipe de CrossFit Tournai se lance maintenant dans l'aventure Dragon Ball :-)

La compétition se fera toujours en équipe de 2 (HH / HF) mais cette fois-ci avec des qualifications.

Pas de catégorie lors des qualifications, mais ces dernières détermineront si vous allez participer en Élite ou en intermédiaire.

En effet, les 16 premiers de chaque catégories seront dans la catégorie Élite .

De la 17ème à la  40eme place seront dans la catégorie intermédiaire .

Il n’y a pas de catégories Scaled.

Les pré-requis minimum pour la catégorie intermédiaire sont:

Gymnastic : 1 Pull Ups / 1 TTB / 1 HSPU(abmat).

Weightlifting : Snatch 40/25 - C&J 60/40 et DL 80/55 / Db GTOH 22,5/15

MetCon : Double Unders pour l’un des membres .

 

Il y aura donc 3 Wods de qualification. Ceux-ci seront à réaliser en équipe avec votre TeamMate.

Vous aurez 2 semaines par Wod car nous voulons être certain que vous ayez assez de temps pour réaliser chaque Wod, surtout pour ceux qui compte créer des Teams "interbox".

Qualifier WOD #1 : 16 Février - 29 Février 23h59

Qualifier WOD #2 : 1 Mars - 14 Mars 23h59

Qualifier WOD #3 : 15 Mars - 29 Mars 23h59

 

Final : 

Vendredi 1er Mai (Férié)

Samedi 2 Mai

 

80 équipes accèderont à la finale : 40 HH et 40 HF.

After the huge success of the "End Games" in 2019 which had immersed you in the world of Marvels, the CrossFit Tournai team is now embarking on the Dragon Ball adventure :-)

The competition will always be done in teams of 2 (HH / HF) but this time with qualifications.

No category during the qualifications, but these will determine if you will participate in Elite or intermediate.

Indeed, the first 16 of each category will be in the Elite category.

From 17th to 40th place will be in the intermediate category.

There are no Scaled categories.

The minimum requirements for the intermediate category are:

Gymnastic: 1 Pull Ups / 1 TTB / 1 HSPU (abmat).

Weightlifting: Snatch 40/25 - C&J 60/40 and DL 80/55 / ​​Db GTOH 22.5 / 15

MetCon: Double Unders for one of the members.

 

There will therefore be 3 qualifying Wods. These will be carried out as a team with your TeamMate.

You will have 2 weeks per Wod because we want to be sure that you have enough time to make each Wod, especially for those who plan to create "interbox" Teams.

Na het enorme succes van de "End Games" in 2019 die je in de wereld van Marvels had ondergedompeld, begint het CrossFit Tournai-team nu aan het Dragon Ball-avontuur :-)

De competitie zal altijd plaatsvinden in teams van 2 (HH / HF) maar deze keer met kwalificaties.

Geen categorie tijdens de kwalificaties, maar deze bepalen of u deelneemt aan Elite of halfgevorderd.

Inderdaad, de eerste 16 van elke categorie zullen in de Elite-categorie zijn.

Van de 17e tot 40e plaats zal in de tussenliggende categorie zijn.
