STANDARDS:
RX/Masters RX - 135/95, 24/20 box, must jump
Scaled/Masters Sc - 95/65 20/20 box, step ups allowed
FLOW:
The workout begins with 10 Synchro Burpee Box Jumps. The rep is completed when both athletes are standing tall on the box. The top of the box is the ONLY place the rep needs to be synced.
After 10 BBJ, the Female athlete will complete 10 Power Cleans before returning to the boxes for 10 Synchro BBJ. Then, the male complete his 10 Power Cleans. Round 2 will be 12 Power Cleans for each athlete, Round 3 will be 14 Power Cleans for each athlete and so forth until the 14 Minutes is up.
WOD 2 begins at the 14:00 mark.
WOD 2 begins at exactly the 14 Minute Mark after WOD 1.
Both Partners have 8 Total Minutes to find a Max Complex of:
5 Deadlifts + 3 Front Squats.
NOTES:
The complex must be unbroken. NO resting the bar on the ground. To transition from your 5th deadlift into your 1st front squat you can: hang power clean, hang squat clean or even do a "touch and go" power or squat clean.
You may choose to hang squat clean or squat clean your first front squat rep.
Only one barbell can be "in play" at a time and the 2nd athlete cannot begin their lifts until the 1st athlete is fully completed with their attempts.
