About This Competition
Fall High School Throwdown 2019
There will be Male RX, Male Scaled, Female RX, Female Scaled divisions. Athletes registered for the RX divisions must complete all workouts as prescribed. Athletes competing in scaled divisions may modify any workout to meet their needs.
Athletes must be a member of a CCSD High School CrossFit program.
Athletes must register by 11/14/2019 in order to compete.

All work no play
3 rounds for time:
30/24 Cal bike
20 Dumbbell snatch
10 Burpee box jump overs
RX- 50/35 DB 24/20 Box
Scaled- 35/26 lb American kettle bell swings, athletes may step up to box.
Work before play
On a 12 minute clock
60-40-20 Double unders
30/24- 20/16- 10/8 Calorie row
then find 1 rep max snatch with remaining time.
*any variation of the snatch is acceptable.
This event will be scored as two separate events.
Score one= time to complete double unders and rowing
Score two= weight of heaviest successful snatch.
Scaled- single unders
