Workouts
4500m ROWER
4500m SKI ERG
Split into 2 teams of 3
Players 1-2-3 start on the rower
Players 4-5-6 start on the ski erg
As each machine reaches 2250m each team must swop machines
every 1000m 1 Player must run 600m
for example
0 meters Player 1 runs
10000m player 2 runs
2000m player 3 runs
3000m player 4 runs

Max distance SKI ERG + BIKE ERG
Both machines running at the same time.
You must get through this chipper workout before the time Cap.
100 wall balls
75 dual KB snatches
50 syncro SA push press
25 syncro Burpee to plate
50 syncro forwrd lunges
75 dual KB snatches
100 wall balls
If you don’t compete the chipper workout your score is void.
Once you complete the chipper use can all just work on the ERGs till you get to the 20 min time cap
Can split the reps up how ever you like.
We’re it says SYNCRO that means 2 players must be in sync. The others can work on the ergs.
The aim of this workout is to get max CALORIES on the BIKE ERG In the time cap
Workout 1
- 20- box jump overs (split)
- 30-thrusters
- 20- syncro down ups
Workout 2
- 30 step ups (each)
- 30- thrusters
- 20- syncro down ups
Players will pair up:
p1+2 will start by completing workout 1
then p3+4 once they have completed p5+6 will do workout 1.
once all pairs have completed workout 1 they will move to workout 2.
once all pairs have completed both workouts everyone can join on the bike and relay it anyhow to gain the best score.
The bike however is unlocked once player 1+2 have completed workout 1 but only 2 players are able to relay the bike during the whole workout.
RULES :
1st set of box jump overs are split between the pair
syncro on all exercises that are stated
on workout 2 you are not permitted to do the step overs or thrusters syncro but you must still do the down ups syncronized.

0-6 minutes
5 REP MAX PUSH PRESS
6-15 minutes
10 REP MAX BACK SQUAT
15-20 Minutes

50 Deadlift 50kg
