Workouts

90-Seconds. One Tire. Two warriors.
Split the work however you'd like or work together!





Max Snatch + Max Clean & Jerk (Partner Workout)
– One partner performs a max Snatch, the other performs a max Clean & Jerk.
– Each athlete only completes one of the lifts.
– Score = sum of heaviest successful Snatch and Clean & Jerk plus any bonus Echo Bike calories.
Echo Bike Requirement:
– Teams must complete their division’s Echo Bike calorie target before the 8-minute cap for lifts to count.
– Calories may be split between partners however they choose.
– Any calories over the target will be added to the total score as bonus points.
– If calorie target is not met, lifts will not count.
Calorie Targets by Division:
RX: 50/40 (M/F)
Intermediate: 45/35
Scaled: 40/32
Barbell Loads:
– Athletes choose their own weights; no required starting weight or minimum.
– Only the heaviest successful lift for each movement will count.
Time Cap: 8 minutes
