Trilogy Turkey Throwdown
About This Competition
Registrations are non refundable
Teams may substitute an athlete up until the day of the competition if needed.
Workouts will be released every Friday at 9am throughout the month of September
RX athletes will be expected to complete advanced gymnastics as well as use barbells at 85/115lb
Scaled athletes will be expected to perform basic gymnastics, including pull ups, and use 55/75lb barbells
All Athletes are welcome to participate

Workouts
As a team choose a time to complete a 1500 meter row for time.
Max calories totaled at the end of the 18:00 minute time cap for the workout "Thanksgiving with the Girls". This is a separate score from the wetcon time, which is simultaneously completed with this score.
RX athletes:

For the duration of the workout athletes will be biking for calories on an assault bike. Once a team has completed the metcon they will continue to accumulate calories on the bike until the 18 minute mark.
Each team member will complete one of the following lifts for max weight:
0-6:00 Bench Press
6:00-12:00 Deadlift
12:00-18:00 Clean (power or squat)
150 handstand push ups
90 box jump overs 20/24
30 rope climbs
every 2:00, starting at 2:00, the team will complete a 100 ft shuttle run in 25 ft increments. All team members do not need to be done with the shuttle run to continue chipping away at reps.

rope climbs- hanging knee raises
