About This Competition

The DCC2020 Online Challenge is a three week minimal equipment required online competition for individuals, teens and masters.

Workouts will be released weekly, and athletes will have 7 days from release to submit. Standard online qualifier video submission guideliness apply. All athletes must submit both score, and video prior to the submission deadline to be eligible. 

Teens/Masters athletes must be of the age requirement as in May 1st. 

Competition:

3 weeks of online competition
1 workout per week
4 categories (Individuals/ teens 18- /masters 40+/ masters 50+)

Overall prize breakdown: ($46,000)

$10,000 for individual male overall winner
$10,000 for individual female overall winner

Masters 40+:
$5,000 for masters male overall winner
$5,000 masters female overall winner

Masters 50+:
$5,000 for masters male overall winner
$5,000 masters female overall winner

Teens 18-:
$3,000 teens male overall winner
$3,000 teens female overall winner
