Håper så mange som mulig vil delta så vi får til en gøy konkurranse i år også.
Det blir 4 økter og en liten jaktstart finale her i år også.
🕙 Klokken 10:00 starter første økt.
🕘 Oppmøte klokken 09:00 for oppvarming og briefing.

💥 Veksle etter hver runde i byttebox– 2hver.

60 Wall Balls (6/4 kg)
40 Plate Ground To Overhead (15/10 kg)
30 Burpees To Plate
20 Knee Raises EACH (kne opp til ca. 90 grader)

21 Sync box step up (sync at top with knees extended and hip locked out)

2 rounds For time – begge jobber samtidig.
