CrossFit Kingstowne Battle of the Classes
About This Competition
Now that the open is in the fall we have decided to move our Battle of the Classes Internal Throwdown to the Spring. We will be brining back our epic battle between the AM and PM classes on Saturday, 21 March. Since its the same week as St. Patricks Day we will be bringing a little St. Patty's day fun to the event as well. Just like our first Battle of the Classes this will be a team event.
This will be a team competition and teams must be comprised of either 2 members from the morning or 2 members from the evening (no mixing). We will offer a scaled division as well as an Rx division. We will be running this bracket style with elimination rounds!
So grab your class buddy and start to Prepare!
INITIAL GUIDELINES:
Morning Teams can be anyone from our 5:15 a.m., 6 a.m., 7 a.m., and 9:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. classes. Evening Teams can be anyone from our 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m, and 8:00 p.m. classes. If you attend both the morning and evening time slots, you will need to pick the time slot you more regularly attend. For example if you workout at the 6 a.m. 3 days per week and the 4 p.m. 1 day per week then you will be on the Morning Team.
