About This Competition
Individual competition for Scaled & Rx athletes!
Venue - CrossFit Cheltenham
- 3 WODs for all competitors. The person with the least points over 3 WODs wins
- NO QUALIFIERS
- Enjoy a great competition at a friendly box run by an events team with nine years experience of running successful team events
£45 per person

The WODs will be released before the Throwdown.
Prizes for all podium finishers.
This event is child and dog friendly, so bring your friends and family along!
Spectators can come and cheer you on for free!
There will be plenty of space to park in the industrial estate where the box is located.

Workouts
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9:00 of:
30 box jumps and step downs (24/20") (M/F)
30 single dumbbell deadlifts (1x 22.5/15) (M/F)
30 single dumbbel shoulder to overhead (1x 22.5/15)(M/F)
15 chest-to-bar pull ups
15 ring muscle ups
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9:00 of:
30 box jumps/step ups and step downs (24/20") (M/F)
30 single dumbbell deadlifts (1x 15/10kg) (M/F)
30 single dumbbel shoulder to overhead (1x 15/10kg) (M/F)
15 single arm devils presses (1x 15/10kg) (M/F)
15 pull ups
Athletes will have 30 seconds to complete 2 cleans on 7 of the 8 barbells with a 10 second transition.
On the 8th and final barbell athletes will complete as many reps as possible in 30 seconds.
Women in KG - 42.5/47.5/55/60/67.5/72.5/77.5/82.5
Men in KG - 60/70/80/90/97.5/105/110/115
Athletes will have 30 seconds to complete 2 cleans on 7 of the 8 barbells with a 10 second transition.
On the 8th and final barbell athletes will complete as many reps as possible in 30 seconds.
Women in KG - 25/30/35/40/45/50/55/60
Men in KG - 35-42.5-50-57.5-65-70-77.5-85
