RX division standards are:
Pull-ups
Toes to bar
Double unders
Snatch 60/40kg
Deadlifts 100/70kg
Rope climbs
Handstand push-ups
Bar muscle ups (possible final)
All movements in the scaled division will also be able to be modified to cater for all levels of athletes

Max Lift Before and After Workout 2, Score is total weight cross both lifts
As many reps as possible, split however you like between the two athletes
