Workouts
Strength – Max Thruster:
10 mins to find a max Thruster.
Score: Combined thruster weight of both teammates
Flow: Workout starts with an empty bar.
From there partners can add weight to the bar and attempt a thruster.
Once the judge has given the thumbs up for a successful lift, the bar can be dropped and from there partners can change how they like completing thrusters until both have found there 1RM for the day or the timer runs out.
Event 2: Cardio – ROWSKI
10 min AMRAP – Max row and ski*
*Must change machines every 2 mins
Score: Total meters of both machines.
Flow: P1 starts on the row, P2 starts on the ski.
On the start buzzer, both partners start accumulating meters on both machines.
Every 2 minutes partners must swap machines
Both machines’ meters are added together after the 10 mins and the total will be recorded.
Event 3: WOD – Tower of Burpees
For time:
40 DB Squats
5 Synchro Burpees
40 DB Shoulder to Overhead
10 Synchro Burpees
40 DB Alt Snatchs
15 Synchro Burpees
40 DB Overhead Lunges
20 Synchro Burpees
Time cap: 10 mins
Rx: 22.5kg/15kg
Scaled: 15kg/10kg
Mixed: 20kg & 12.5kg
