About This Competition

ROWvember Volume 3. This is a fun competition with teams of 4 athletes: 2 males / 2 females. This will last 4 weeks with a new workout being announced each Thursday starting November 5th. The workouts will incorporate the Rower, Ski Erg and the Assault Bike too. There may be other low skill movements added for particular workouts but definitely something everyone can do. 

Your team will have from Thursday Night until Monday Night to complete the workout to get the best score possible. Scores must be submitted no later than 8pm on Mondays. This is similar to the CrossFit Open in terms of workout announcements and score submission.

The “Twenty20”

All 4 athletes together - 3 on a machine - 1 person doing burpees. If burpees stop, people on machines stop.


Burpees must be done to a 6” target and in a rotation guy/girl/guy/girl or girl/guy/girl/guy and all 4 athletes have to burpee before getting back to original athlete. This rotation must stay this way for the duration of the  30:00. Each time the athlete goes to burpee, they must do so for a minimum of :30 before switching. Athletes can burpee for as long as they would like, just a :30 minimum.


If one machine is completed before another, then rotation of burpees stays the same (if burpees are still going on), someone just gets extra rest or can jump in on the existing machines as needed to get distance done quicker.

Two Separate Scores for this event: Number of burpees at the 30:00 mark and total time to complete the meters on the machines.
