Workouts

Isabell and Grace

30 snatches and 30 C&J FT *

At the 10:00 mark after E3 Athletes will begin with ISABEL [ 30 snatches anyhow ]

At the completion of the 30 snatches, they will work through GRACE [ 30 Clean and Jerks any how ]

When all 60 reps are complete, time will be recorded when the bar touches the floor after the final rep.

If the work is not completed in 8min [ at 18:00 on the clock ] the CAP will be recorded and the remaining reps will be the score.

Athletes may change at any time, only one athlete may be touching the bar at a time. An Athlete does not need to do any minimum work on any movement, they may share the work however they wish.

Mixed pairs will have 2 bars, the bar must be on the floor before the other athlete may touch their bar.

Scaled female weight must not be dropped from overhead - it will be a NO REP if it is dropped from above the knees.

FF pairs = 32 C2B or Pull up / 14 BMU or Burpee Pull up

MF Pairs  = 36 C2B or Pull up / 17 BMU or Burpee Pull up

Reps are adjusted because all pair combinations are on the same leaderboard and this makes the work volume fair in all combinations. Still, any athlete may do all or none of the work in any movement based on their own skill and capacity.

Front rack and OH lunges

RX+ 22.5/15

RX 18/12.5

SC 15/10

Event flow and standards

Athletes will commence at the 10m line, at the call of 3-2-1-go make their way to the Rig for the T2B.

Athletes must complete reps of all movements in order for the number relevant to the pair combination,

C2B / Pull ups / Burpee Pull ups and Burpee BMU reps are adjusted to be the equivalent work load for female reps being 70% of the male reps. The reps for the Pairs MF can be shared anyhow.

Once the reps of one movement are completed in any amount between the two athletes, they continue on to the next movement until the end of the workout. Time will be recorded if completed under the time cap [12min] or CAP + with the remaining reps. Fastest time or lowest remaining reps will be the higher result.

In the RX division any team who chooses to scale any movement, will be marked as SCALED and appear below all RX teams. The athletes may choose to combine Scaled and Unscaled movements if they wish, there will be no advantage to doing so.

Judges will record either time OR reps completed- score entry system here in Comp corner will generate the Cap + [this is not up to the judge or athlete]
