MOVEMENT 2: 30 Ring Rows
MOVEMENT 3: 30 Pull-ups
 

SECTION 2:

MOVEMENT 1: 20 Deadlifts 95/65
MOVEMENT 2: 20 Deadlifts 135/95
MOVEMENT 3: 20 Deadlifts 185/125
 

SECTION 3:

MOVEMENT 1: 30 Abmat Sit-ups
MOVEMENT 2: 30 Hanging Knee Raises
MOVEMENT 3: 30 Toes-to-Bar
 

SECTION 4:

MOVEMENT 1: 20 Hang Cleans 55/45
MOVEMENT 2: 20 Hang Cleans 95/65
MOVEMENT 3: 20 Hang Cleans 135/95

 

Only 2 athletes may complete reps at each MOVEMENT.
 

Each athlete can only complete reps on 2 MOVEMENTS of each SECTION.
 

Every athlete must do SOME REPS in each SECTION.

***LVL 1 ATHLETES MAY SCALE SINGLE UNDERS TO 25 PLATE TAPS (L+R = 1)

2 ATHLETES MUST BE "PAIR 1" THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE WORKOUT,

AND 2 ATHLETES MUST BE "PAIR 2" THROUGHOUT THE WORKOUT.

 

JUMP ROPE CAN BE BROKEN UP HOWEVER THE TEAM WANTS,

AS LONG AS THE TOTAL REPS GET COMPLETED.
