MOVEMENT 2: 20 Deadlifts 135/95
MOVEMENT 3: 20 Deadlifts 185/125
SECTION 3:
MOVEMENT 1: 30 Abmat Sit-ups
MOVEMENT 2: 30 Hanging Knee Raises
MOVEMENT 3: 30 Toes-to-Bar
SECTION 4:
MOVEMENT 1: 20 Hang Cleans 55/45
MOVEMENT 2: 20 Hang Cleans 95/65

Only 2 athletes may complete reps at each MOVEMENT.
Each athlete can only complete reps on 2 MOVEMENTS of each SECTION.

JUMP ROPE CAN BE BROKEN UP HOWEVER THE TEAM WANTS,
AS LONG AS THE TOTAL REPS GET COMPLETED.
