40 sync deadlifts 50/35 (4 athletes)

40 sync pull ups (2 athletes)

30 sync power cleans 50/35 (4 athletes)

30 sync chest to bar (2 athletes)

20 sync clean and jerk 50/35 (4 athletes)

20 Bar muscle ups (1 athlete)


all athletes complete the barbell movements synchro.

The gymnastics, any 2 working at one time, can swap out athletes as you wish. Bar muscle ups, one person working at any given time, but can share the reps.

18:00 window:

Part a) In a relay fashion:

Female 1 - 400m Run + 15 Thrusters 30kg

Male 1 - 400m Run + 15 Thrusters 50kg

Female 2 - 400m Run + 9 Thrusters 40kg

Male 2 - 400m Run + 9 Thrusters 60kg


Remaining time in the 18 minute window will be to find a heavy team total 1RM Thruster.

18:00 window:

Part a) In a relay fashion:

Female 1 - 400m Run + 15 Thrusters 25kg

Male 1 - 400m Run + 15 Thrusters 40kg

Female 2 - 400m Run + 9 Thrusters 30kg

Male 2 - 400m Run + 9 Thrusters 50kg


Remaining time in the 18 minute window will be to find a heavy team total 1RM Thruster.

In the remaining time in the 18 minute window, on completion of PART A, each member of the team should find a 1RM Thruster. (one athlete lifts at a time)


in the event of a tie , your part a time will be used as a tie breaker.
