East Anglian Championships Mixed Pairs
About This Competition
A mixed pairs competition to find the fittest teams and individuals in East Anglia!
Categories:
- Rx’d - Athletes should expect to see all movements as seen in the CrossFit Open as RX standards. High skill gymnastics such as pull-ups, toes to bar, muscle-ups will only be “needed” by one team member.
- Scaled - Weights will be lowered for all movements and there will be no high skill gymnastics movements. Expect to see movements such as knee raises, step up options for box jumps, etc...
- Master’s (35+ for both athletes) - Weights will be lowered for most movements. Expect to see some rig gymnastics such as pull-ups, toes to bar and muscle ups but these movements are only “needed” by one team member.
Finals:
- Scaled will see 16 teams compete on the Saturday(March 7th)
- Master’s will see 16 teams compete on the Saturday (March 7th)
- Rx’d will see 32 teams compete on the Sunday(March 8th)
Prize Pot:
- 1st Place - RX’d will receive £300 on the day along with goodie bags from our sponsors
- 1st Place - Master’s will receive £150 on the day along with goodie bags from our sponsors
- 2nd and 3rd place in RX and Master’s categories will receive goodie bags from our sponsors.
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd Scaled Pairs will receive goodie bags from our sponsors
