About This Competition
Train For Ukraine is a CrossFit event incorporating 3 of London's finest gyms, 120 athletes and some of the biggest brands in the fitness industry all raising money for Sanctuary Foundation, supporting individuals fleeing the war in Ukraine heading to the UK.
On Saturday 16th April, each team will take part in one workout at each gym. The day will begin at 9am at P10 Fitness in Elephant & Castle. The teams will then need to make their way north of the river at 12pm to WIT CrossFit in St. Pauls. For the 3rd and final workout, the journey will end from 3pm at Aphobos CrossFit in Bromley.

This is a pairs competition with any configuration (M/M, M/F, F/F). There will be two divisions, Rx and scaled and huge prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each division as well as a special prize for the team that raises the most money for Sanctuary Foundation.
Each gym will host a workout in 4 waves of 15 teams. The wave order will remain the same for each team, at each gym.
£120 entry fee + booking fees with all proceeds going to Sanctuary Foundation.
Fundraising will be done via stewardship.org.uk with details on how raise money sent via email once teams have signed up.
As this is a charity competition, no refunds will be given
