Workouts
For Total Load:
Partner A: 3- Attempts @ Max Snatch
Partner B: 3- Attempts @ Max Clean & Jerk
Starting one athlete at a time, in a "snake" format, you will get :20 sec to attempt your lift, transition time of :10 sec, we will then move to the next athlete, and so forth. All athletes performing the Snatches will be up first, while their partner (Partner B) waits for all Snatch attempts to be completed. Once the Snatches are completed, we will move to the Clean & Jerks w/ the same format as above. We will be adding the highest load for the Snatch and Clean & Jerk together for your score.
