About This Competition
The Entry Fee for this Online Competition is whatever you choose to donate to the COVID19 relief effort. Please make your contribution through the "Merchandise" tab (be generous!!). 100% of proceeds will be donated to charity.
Equipment Needed:
Tiger Kings (RX):
Women- 35# Dumbbell and a Jump Rope
Men- 50# Dumbbell and a Jump Rope
CouchFit (Scaled):
Women- 20# Dumbbell and a Jump Rope
Men- 35# Dumbbell and a Jump Rope
3 Workouts will be released Thursday night and you will have until Sunday at 5pm to submit your scores. Upload a video of each workout!
1st Place in each division will recieve a pack of toilet paper and a prize pack from Horizon SC.
