Workouts

No minimum work requirment, just get it done however it works for your team.
48 SYNCRO BURPEE BOX OVERS - F20in / M24in
First up the Burpee, rep starts and ends with chest on the floor. Meet your Syncro buddy there.
The box over - after the burpee, you can jump or step onto the box. Both feet have to touch the top of the box. You can jump or step off the box.
The rotation - Each synchro rep is 1 rep.
Partner 1 and 2 do 6 synchro reps.
Once off the box of the 6th synchro rep, Partner 1 then steps away to rest.
Partner 2 rotates to Partner 1's box and drops to floor.
Partner 3 then drops down to Partner 2 previous box and starts 6 synchro reps with Partner 2.
At the end of their 6th rep (which would be a cumulative 12 synchro reps), Partner 2 steps out, Partner 3 rotates to Partner 3's box and Partner 1 drop to floor to meet with Partner 3 for their 6 synchro reps.
And so on till 48 synchro reps are complete.
BIKE - get as many Cal's as y'all can in the time remaining.
Score is nuiber of completed burpees + cals.
5 x up and back shuttles, all teammates shuttle together (up and back = 1 completed shuttle - 1 rep).
Then
30 hang synchro DB snatch > 2 work / 1 sandbag holds.
2 people completing the snatch = 1 rep.
To begin the movement, deadlift the dumbell to standing then begin the rep with the dumbell in the hang.
Snatch from the floor will be a no rep. Synchro meet at the top for rep to count.
No minimum work requirment.
Person not on dumbell will 'bearhug' a sandbag. M45kg / F30kg.
Sandbag must be above the hips and below shoulder.
Dumbells can only be lifted from floor once sandbag is in position.
Then
5 x team up and back shuttles
Then
15 sandbag over shoulder > 5 consecutive sandbag over shoulder for each team member.
Then
5 x team up and back shuttles
And repeat for as many reps as possible.
Echo > Clean > Echo > Thruster > Echo > Snatch
ECHO - just survive
Barbell F25kg / M50kg
Share reps however you like
CLEAN - Power or squat, stand up with triple extension
THRUSTER - butt below parallel, full extension, head through arms
SNATCH - Power or squat, stand up in control
At Check in, individual team mates will be weighed in and team weight recorded.
Your team will then select from available 10 min Team Max Lift slots.
When it's your time slot, your team has 10 mins to accumulate your Max Team Clean total.
Start from any weight, as many lifts as you can muster in the 10 mins, but max 2 attempts at a weight per team member (the 2 lifts reset at each new weight).
Each barbell will be provided approx 140kg of weight and there will be more plates available for those who need it.
Fractionals will be provided per lane.
Team total weight lifted will be divided by the team total bodyweight to find a proxy 'power to weight ratio'.
Higher the ratio, higher the placing.
If you miss your lift slot, no score.
