*THIS IS AN IN-PERSON COMPETITION AT CROSSFIT MOB
Colorado Battle of the Badges is back! Join us for our annual fundraiser partner fitness competition geared towards first responders that carry a Badge. Teams can be any combination of Male/Female, Female/Female, Male/Male. First responders are encouraged to participate however, the competition is open to anyone wishing to participate. This years Foundation is The Veterans Community Project of Longmont (more info below).

*Both teammates will work at the same time switching from ski erg to dummy drag as desired. Score is sum of calories and dummy drag reps. Each 5’=1 rep in 25’ increments. Tie break = dummy drag reps.

*each athlete will have their own bike for the 25 cal bike, Next station cannot start until both bikes are finished. Rig work is one partner works at a time switching as desired. 1s added for every rep not finished. Tie break = time after 1st bike.
