Velocity Fitness Individual Games
About This Competition
VELOCITY FITNESS INDIVIDUAL GAMES
Come and compete in one of the original venues where fitness competitions started in the UK 'Velocity Fitness' (previously Reebok CrossFit Velocity).
This is a one day, no qualifier, individual event involving the expected CrossFit movements and equipment.
Heats will be programmed so that they are accessible for full Rx athletes in the RX division and Scaled loads and movements in the Scaled division.
The final of the Rx will be a full 'Rx' final with more advanced movements and loads expected.
The Scaled division will remain fully scaled in the final.
Date: 21st January 2023.
8:00 - 8:30am registration
8:30 - 8:45am Athlete briefing
9:00am WOD 1 HEAT 1
Cost: £40 (+admin fee)
Awesome prizes for podium finishers including a 'Spirit of the Velocity Games' award.
Places are limited and will sell very fast so don't leave it too late.
GENERAL RULES
1. Please enter apropriate divisions.
2. Entrants may be changed up to registration on the day of the Games.
3. Judges decisions on the day are final.
4. Games entry is non-refundable.
