About This Competition

Trifecta is a team of 3 competition.  Teams will throw down in 3 workouts throughout the day, testing each strength, stamina, & skill along with strategy & teamwork. This isn't a competition to be missed. Get your team ready!

Just like Barbells & Bacon, we are running this on 2 separate days. RX & Sacaled both on Saturday.

Each team mate will record a max weight for a full or power clean. All 3 teammates total will be added for a score.

- 2 partners at a time working on AMRAP, one resting and one working.

- One parter working on bike cals

*2 Scores will be given.
1 for total calories on bike
1 for rounds/reps for AMRAP
