Fuel Fitness Freedom Games
About This Competition
This is the first annual Fuel Fitness Freedom Games and we could not be more excited! This is a one-day competition featuring 3 person same sex teams. With the huge respect we have for our Nation's Veterans, and with the event being around Veterens Day, there will be a military theme.
40 team cap.
Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. We understand life happens, so if another team or person needs to take your place, just let us know.
Workouts will be realeased: August 30th, Sept. 6th, Sept. 13th

2 partners begin working on the 30 GHD Sit ups and 8 rope climbs splitting the reps however they'd like. 1 Partner is always accumulating Calories on the Bike. Partners will rotate on the Bike however they see fit.
Intermediate:
Bike will be the same.
20 GHDs and 6 rope climbs.
Scaled:
Bike will be the same.
