Workouts will be released on Thursday, June 24th at 8pm.
Workouts must be submitted by June 28th at 8pm.
Workouts must be filmed and submitted with your score
Age groups are the same as the CrossFit Games age groups.
*No refunds
*Cash prizes for each division to be determined by number of registrations
