About This Competition
O Brazil ®️ Championship (BCC) é uma competição anual, sancionada pela com as seguintes divisões: Individual (Masculino, Feminino) e Times (2 Masculinos, 2 Femininos). O vencedor de cada uma dessas divisões sera convidado para o Reebok Games 2020 em Madison, WI, USA.
The Brazil ®️ Championship (BCC) is an annual, sanctioned competition with the following divisions: Individual (Male, Female) and Team (2 Male, 2 Female). The winner of each of these divisions will be invoted to the 2020 Reebok Games in Madison, WI, USA.

Event 2 - “2020 BCC March of Pain”
For time:
25 strict handstand push-ups
25 bar muscle- ups
Then 5 rounds of:
75 double-unders
10 dumbbell snatches
M 45kg dumbbell / F 30kg dumbbell
Cap: 15min
Individual Event 6 - “Amanda on Hands”
For time 9-7-5:
Ring muscle-ups
Snatches
8-m handstand walk between movements
M 60kg / F 40kg
Cap: 9min
Team Event 5 - “Anaconda Summit”
5 rounds for time:
- 6 rope climbs (team Anaconda hold)
- 12 Anaconda thrusters
Cap: 15min
Event 2 - “Big Deadlifts”
For time:
50 synchro HSPU (MM/FF pairs)
50 synchro WB shots (MF pairs)
Then MMFF 5 rounds of:
10 deadlifts, 315kg
10 synchro bar-facing burpees
M 30-lb. / F 20-lb.
Cap: 12min
Individual Event 1 - “Bike/Run”
5 rounds for time (with a weight vest):
1,000/800m bike
400m run
