Leyland Members Only Annual In-House Competition
A fantastic day celebrating our community and the fitness of our members.
You can choose to enter either the Scaled, RX or Metcon category and will workout with members of similar ability.
There will be 3 WOD's to be completed over the course of the day and prizes for the winners.
All members will receive a limited edition All Star Games
t-shirt :-)
As always all of our workouts can be scaled further as needed
