The Pit Fitness Ranch Team Super Total
About This Competition
Welcome to The Pit fitness ranch team super total!

This unique competition will combine Olympic weightlifting and Powerlifting, so FIVE lifts: the snatch, clean & jerk, deadlift, bench press and back squat.
Athletes will be competing in teams of three. Each event is one lift and earns one score*. The final score is the total of all five events - thus "TEAM SUPER TOTAL."
Each team will have 10 minutes to warm up and 10 minutes to complete each event. Maximum of three attempts per athlete for each event. Athletes will be lifting as a team and loading their own bar together.
What the athlete weighs versus what he or she lifts matters!**
*Each event (lift) score is the average of the two best scores on your team. For example, Athlete A = 300#; Athlete B = 400#; Athlete C = 500#. Score is 450#, average of 400# + 500#, the two best lifts.
**The Wilks (Powerlifting) and SInclair (Olympic weighlifting) co-efficients will apply. Body weight of the three athletes on the team will be averaged amongst the three for calculating out Sinclair and Wilks.
