Chosen Athletics ULTIMATE TOTAL THROWDOWN 2021
About This Competition
Join Chosen Athletics for the ULTIMATE TOTAL THROWDOWN, a co-ed partner competition, on April 17, 2021!
Each partner will perform four lifts. Both partners must back squat and deadlift. The four remaining lifts, Snatch, Clean & Jerk, Strict Press, and Bench Press can be divided any way you want.
Your Weightlifting Total will be your best snatch + clean & jerk
Your Powerlifting Total will your best bench press + back squat + deadlift
Your CrossFit total will be your best strict press + back squat + deadlift.
There will be three weight classes that you and your partner will fit into based on your combined bodyweight:
- Light Weight - up to 150 kilos (or 330#)
- Middle Weight - 150 to 170 kilos (or 330# to 375#)
- Heavy Weight - 170+ kilos (or 375# and up)
