2023 FireBreather Classic - hosted by Capital City CrossFit
2 person team competition that includes six divisions:

Rx'd Co-Eds
Intermediate Males
Intermediate Females
Intermediate Co-Eds
When is it? June 10th, 2023
Where is it? Capital City CrossFit - Springfield, IL
Each team will compete in four workouts on the main floor. Cash prizes will be awarded to top teams in each division, along with prize packages from our vendors/sponsors.
Workouts will be released weekly leading up the competition.

Here are some standards of movements/weights that BOTH athlete should be able to complete in any given workout.
