About This Competition

Recently, one of our members, Mona Rodriguez was in a serious motorcycle accident where she suffered a stroke and brain bleeds as well as several broken bones. But she is a fighter and has been progressing slowly.

In honor of Mona’s fighting spirit, we are calling on members of our Orlando Fitness Community to support her by participating in “The Good Day Comp.” Mona’s motto is “It’s a good day for a good day,” and we’d like to rally behind her and support her medical costs and other expenses following the accident through this competition.

We are asking all spectators to pay an admission fee to go towards the fundraiser. Purchase your ticket in the Merchandise section.

*Cut-off to receive requested shirt size is August 30th. You can still register until Sept. 8, but preferred shirt size may not be available.

Workouts will be released weekly. Stay tuned!
