About This Competition

Our competition is designed as a team event. 

It will consist of four workouts. The first two workouts will determine what division you are in for the last two events. The two divisions are Scaled and RX. Please note that the first two events will be inclusive.

Workouts

Row for Calories

3 Rounds for time:

All four athletes working at the same time

2 Females do a 12 Calorie Bike while 2 Males do a 18 Calorie Row

Then 2 females do a 15 Calorie Row while 2 males do a 15 Calorie Bike

After all four have completed both erg sets, all four athletes will complete 12 Synchronized Bar Facing Burpees.

Repeat for a total of three rounds. 

12 Minute time cap. 

At the 12 minute mark the following complex will begin:

2 Front Squats + 3 Power Cleans + 2 Front squats

Bars will start pre loaded at 135/85. 

There is a 8 minute time cap.

50-40-30-20-10

Double Unders

Sit Ups

21-15-9

Thrusters

Pull Ups

150 Wall Balls for time

800 metre sandbag run for time. 

2 Rounds

Male 1/Female 1 will perform 8 Synchro dual DB Burpee Box Step Overs (BBSO). 

All four athletes will perform 15 Synchro Single Arm (SA) DB Snatch

Then accumulate 

10 Clean and Jerk

10 BMU or 20 Pull-ups 

Then 

Male 2/Female 2 will perform 8 DB BBSO

Then all four athletes will perform 15 Synchro SA DB Snatch

Then accumulate

10 Clean and Jerk

10 BMU or 20 Pull-ups 

That is one round. 

 


RX:

DBs - 50 for male, 35 for female

Boxes - 24 for male, 20 for female

Barbell weight - 185 for male, 125 for female

10 Bar Muscle ups. 

 


Scaled:

DBs - 35 for male, 25 for female

Boxes - 20/16

Barbell weight - 135 for male, 95 for female

20 Pull Ups

Any 2 Male/Female work

40 Synchronized Toes to Bar

10 synchronized  Wall Walks 

20 synchronized Lungesters

10 synchronized Wall Walks

20 synchronized Lungesters 

10 synchronized Wall Walks

40 synchronized  Toes to Bar

 

RX: 

Barbell - 95/65

Toes to Bar - both feet touch the bar at the same time for both athletes

 


Scaled:

Barbell - 75/55

Toes to bar - both knees go above hip crease.
