Get ready for the ultimate fitness challenge this Ramadan with the HIT RAMADAN THROWDOWN! Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just looking to push your limits, this competition is designed to test your strength, endurance, and mental toughness in a high-energy, fun, and supportive environment.
Inspired by the intensity of CrossFit and HYROX-style training, the HIT RAMADAN THROWDOWN features a series of exciting and dynamic workouts that combine functional fitness movements with challenges that will push you to perform your best. From explosive kettlebell swings to endurance-driven rowing and air biking, every workout is designed to challenge all aspects of your fitness—strength, stamina, and speed.
What to Expect:
Challenging Workouts: A mix of strength and cardio-based movements including wall balls, sandbag lifts, devil press, burpees, and more.
Divisions for All Levels: Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, we've got a division for you. Every athlete will be pushed to their limits in a way that’s suitable for their experience level.
Exciting Prizes: Top performers in each division will have the chance to win amazing prizes!

Competition Format:
The event will consist of multiple rounds, each designed to test various aspects of fitness such as strength, endurance, and agility.
You’ll face off in several workout stations, each containing movements like kettlebell swings, medball slams, barbell deadlifts, rowing, and much more.
Every movement is programmed to ensure an all-around challenge, allowing each athlete to push themselves while having fun.

Notes:
Athletes starts at the start line next to the Row and Ski Machine
360m Team Run
The team will complete 360m through 6 shuttle runs (60m each).
Each athlete must run back and forth between cones, covering 60 meters per shuttle run.
Complete another 360m team run.
2000m Row
The team must complete 2000 meters on the rowing machine.
Athletes can alternate as needed, with the rower’s monitor showing the completed distance.
Complete another 360m team run.
360m Team Run
Complete another 360m with the same shuttle run format (6x60m).
100 Sync Deadlifts
Complete another 360m team run.
Rx: Athlete 1 uses a Farmer Bar, Athlete 2 uses 2x32kg Kettlebells, Athlete 3 uses 2x24kg Kettlebells.
Scaled: Same setup but Athlete 2 uses 2x24kg Kettlebells Athlete 3 uses 2x16kg Kettlebells.
The team must complete 100 synchronized deadlifts.
Complete another 360m team run.
100m Team Carry
Rx: One athlete carries a Farmer Bar, one carries 2x32kg Kettlebells, and one carries 2x24kg Kettlebells.
Scaled: Same setup but Athlete 2 uses 2x24kg Kettlebells Athlete 3 uses 2x16kg Kettlebells.
Complete a 100m team carry.
Complete another 360m team run.
Team Lunges
Rx: One athlete holds a 100lb sandbag, and two athletes perform synchronized bodyweight walking lunges.
Scaled: One athlete holds a 70lb sandbag, with two athletes performing synchronized bodyweight walking lunges.
The team will perform walking lunges with the sandbag.
Complete another 360m team run.
2000m Ski
The team must complete 2000 meters on the Ski Erg.
Athletes will alternate as needed to finish the total distance.
Complete another 360m team run.
60m Team Burpee Broad Jump
30m out and back: The team will perform burpee broad jumps as a team, performing one burpee and one broad jump after each rep, then jumping forward as far as possible.
Complete another 360m team run.
150 Wall Balls
Rx: Perform 150 wall balls with a 20lb ball for the team
Scaled: Perform 150 wall balls with a 14lb ball for the team
