1 Day, 5 Events
4 Person Teams: MMFF
4 Divisions: RX, Masters 35+, Intermediate & Scaled
Cost: $280/Team ($250 through May 31st)

Females – 1 Squat Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean
* RX athletes MUST complete squat variations of their complex. A power snatch/clean will not count.

Masters 35+ & Intermediate: 5 min per pair + 1 min transition
Males – 1 Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch
Females – 1 Clean + 1 Hang Clean
Optional: Males – 1 Power/Squat Snatch + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat
Optional: Females – 1 Power/Squat Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Front Squat

Scaled: 5 min per pair + 1 min transition
Males – 1 Snatch + 1 Hang Snatch

* Scaled athletes may complete ANY variation of their complex (power or squat on either/all movements). There is no squat requirement, but you are welcome to squat if you would like.
