About This Competition
The ZoMe Games is a high-energy, feel-good fitness event designed to bring women together to move, connect, and rediscover their strength.
Blending functional fitness, teamwork, and a supportive atmosphere, The ZoMe Games isn’t about competition in the traditional sense — it’s about challenging yourself at your own level, building confidence, and having fun in the process.
Expect a mix of strength-based challenges, low-impact conditioning, and team activities that are accessible, scalable, and designed to leave you feeling empowered — not exhausted.
Whether you’re getting back into fitness, navigating midlife changes, or simply looking for something different, The ZoMe Games creates a space where you can show up as you are and leave feeling stronger, more energised, and connected.
WORKOUTS & STANDARDS
NOTE: standards only applicable if you wish to go for a podium finish
otherwise you are taking part to the best of your ability.
PODIUM STANDARDS - WORKOUT 1 STRENGTH
15min TOTAL
PART A AMRAP 12min
PART B 3 min: Max reps deadlifts
ACTIVE:
- 40 shared steps ups holding one 6kg dumbbell
- 50 syncro 8kg Russian kettlebell swings (chest)
- 60 shared ground to o/head with 10kg plate
-120m shared farmers carry – two 12kg KBs
- Max reps for barbell deadlift – 25kg
CHALLENGE:
- 40 shared box steps ups – no weight.
- 50 syncro 12kg Russian kettlebell swings (chest)
- 60 shared ground to o/head with 15kg plate
-120m shared farmers carry – two 16kg KBs
- Max reps for barbell deadlift – 35kg
NOTE:
Step Up/Box Steps: two feet must be at the top of the box. Both feet to be on the ground before athelete 2 goes.
KB Swing: sync at the top of the swing, at eye level
GTOH: Bottom of plate must touch the ground and arms fully locked out at the top
Deadlift: Hips and knees fully extended at top of deadlift. Bar starts on the ground.
PODIUM STANDARDS - WORKOUT 2 CARDIO
15min Timecap (1min rest in between erg’s)
ACTIVE:
3min max metres on bike (shared)

3min max 4kg wallball reps
CHALLENGE:
3min max metres on bike (shared)
Partner 2 holds 20kg sandbag

Partner 2 holds plank

3min max metres on ski (shared)
Partner 2 holds 6kg wallball overhead
3min max 6kg wallball reps
NOTE:
Sandbag: can be held anyway
Plank: high or low, body must be in a straight line
Wallball Overheads: Arms fully extended, ball cannot touch the head.
Wallballs:
start with ball off the ground, squat so hip crease is below the knee and strike the designated 9ft target.
Registration is 1pm. Athletes Briefing is 1.45pm. First heat kicks off 2pm sharp.
