About This Competition

Calling all ladies! It is time to push the guys to the side and show them what you are made of! Warrior, Woman, Queen, is a female only competition. Designed to empower and bring the spotlight to how truly amazing and capable women are, find a partner and come compete! Teams of 2 is the format of this event and there will be an RX division and a Scaled division. Don't worry if you have never competed before this event is for every Woman out there! #bebold

5 min AMRAP:

200 meter shuttle run

Athlete 1 sprints 200 meter and then tags in Athlete 2. Sore is 1 point per 100 meters. No half points will be given. Tie break will be athlete 1's first 200 m time.

21 synchro power cleans 95 pounds

2 rounds:

15 synchro pull-ups

15 synchro power cleans

3 rounds:

9 synchro chest to bar pull-ups

9 synchro power cleans

Double Unders

Thrusters may be broken up and shared in any order between teammates.

*Each athlete must complete the set of DUs before moving on to the next round.

Double Unders OR 2x Single Unders

Wall balls may be broken up between partners in any order between teammates. 

*Both athletes must complete their set of jump ropes before moving onto the next round. One athlete may do DUs and the other may do SUs.
