After completing Part A, immediatly move into Part B and use the remaining time to take turns lifting to each reach a max complex.
Part B- Max Lift from each partner combined

MM or FF Teams- Use 1 Barbell to lift and take turns as needed.
MF Teams- Use individual Barbells and only 1 person can lift at a time. You can take turns as needed.
All teams can help each other change weights.
Every lift must be declared to the judge and use clips.

*SandBag* 125/100 100/75
Standards
Starts on the Bike.
Bike- Can switch as many times as you would like.
Lunges- Sandbag can be bear hug or shoulder position. NOT on back. Bag must stay off the legs during the lunge. Back knee touches and then stand to full extension.
Cleans MUST clear over the shoulder and not around the side.

5 Burpees Over Rower
Partner A starts on Rower and Rows for 2:00 before getting off to complete 5 burpees over the rower. As soon as burpees are completed then Partner B gets on the rower and picks up where partner A left off. Cont. this flow E2M until 3K is completed.
Score is total time to complete 3K. 17min. Time Cap.
