Welcome to CrossFit Proficient Intramural Open 2025!
Register to be apart of this years Intramural Open and gain access to our bonus 4th Open workout.
If you wish to participate in the Official CrossFit Open and log your scores online and earn your level for the Community Cup which will be held later this year, click the link to register https://games.crossfit.com/open/registration (This is a requirement for those who wish to qualify for Quarterfinals/Semi-Finals in the CrossFit Games season)

As many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)
*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads.
