Competition will be hosted at Gardner-Webb University. Workouts will be held in the GWU football stadium and in the CrossFit Gardner-Webb University box, which is located in the Suttle Wellness Center.

Workouts
For Time:
120 Row Cals
100 Burpee over Rower (SC: Step Overs)
80 Front Squats Rx: 95/65 SC: 75/55
60 Toes-to-Bar (SC: Knee Raises)
40 Pull-ups (SC: Ring Rows)
Time Cap: 22 Minutes
*Score is time it takes to complete all reps
Teams can split and arrange the reps however they want
On a 7 Minute clock:
Part A: For Time:
100 Alternating DB Snatches RX: 50/35 SC: 35/20
*Partners can spilt reps however they want.
Score for Part A: time it takes to complete 100 snatches.
Part B: In remaining time:
For Max Reps:
50-yard Sprints
*25 yards down and 25 yards back (50 yards) is 1 rep
Partners will alternate
Score for Part B: total reps completed in time remaining*
In a 11- minute window:
Build to a heavy complex:
1 Deadlift + 1 Hang Clean + 1 Hang Clean & Jerk
Score is total combined weight lifted
*Cleans can be power and/or full
Both partners will need to complete heaviest complex within the 11 minutes*
3 Rounds for Time:
Time Cap: 15 Minutes
Cal Assault Bike (30 M/M, 20 F/F, 25 M/F)
20 Synchro Single DB Thrusters
20 Synchro Single DB Lunges
Rd1: DB In Hang position
Rd 2: DB in Front Rack
RD 3: DB in Overhead Position
*Each round partners will perform a different lunge with DB
Lunges will be counted in steps
Partners can alternate arms however/whenever they want
Partners can divide calories however/whenever they want*
