Description: Sagitta Triples is a one day comp for teams of 3 females or 3 males.

Anyone who purchases there tickets before Sunday 13th Feb will receive a Free Ascent apparel comp shirt for each team member. This is strictly limited to tickets purchased prior to 13th of Feb as shirt orders are placed to allow tha manufaturere plenty of time to have them here for comp day

RX
RX is for advanced athletes who have developed all the major movements in CrossFit and are proficient with gymnastics. For males they must have ring muscle ups and females need to have them or be very close. Some of the more advanced movements may only be used in a way that you can strategise with your team in a situation where a team member may not have developed a specific skill or in finals where we are looking for a differentiator
Intermediate
Intermediate is your next step up. You have done crossfit for 1-2 years and have developed basic gymnastics such as T2B, pull-ups, handstand push-ups and ring dips, even if it is smaller sets. You can do all barbell movements such as, clean and jerk, snatch etc.
Beginner
Beginners should be fun. Weights are light and you won’t need to have any advanced gymnastics skills. It’s more about moving fast and working well as a team and just enjoying the day! The only time where we might sneak in something more advanced is if your team makes a final workout and we want to find a seperator.
Masters Advanced
Master Advanced is a 40+ category for the more advanced of the master athletes who want to be able to do the more advanced gymnastics movements but have small reduction in load for some of the really heavy workouts that may get thrown into RX.
Masters
Masters is a category for 40+ that sits somewhere between beginner and intermediate. Loads are reduced slightly from Intermediate but there is more skill work than beginners. Having basics like pull-ups and double unders is required. If you are a master but a beginner in skill you are best to go into the beginner category.
