I.e. 224m is 8 reps and if athlete has handle back in cradle at time up the rower will be allowed to tick over to stop and meters will be recorded. If handle is travelling towards athlete at time cap or any time after a 50m penalty will be incurred.

Scaled:

If the athlete choses to scale ANY of the moments, the score will be total reps, followed by the finish time.
